By the way, you can use every part of code from my site if you want. The only part I took from somewhere else is the playlist code that I reuse from Blue Velvet. (They say it's okay to use minor snippets of code, so it should be okay).
Anyway, I will try to update this list while I discover cool new sites.

Not a website but a playlist I use to collect royalty free musics I found on Youtube. I'm not 100% sure everything here is free so check before using them please!
Another playlist of mine, this time it's for classical musics. Actually, it's more about old musics (so before the 90's I suppose than classical. Most of them are royalty free I think? But I'm never sure if it's the recording or the music itself that's royalty free, idk.
It's a japanese website with very good musics from the 2000's, I use some of them on my visual novel. Some musics are also used in the original version of Higurashi by the way!
I love the presentation of this one, it's cozy. Also japanese, here you can find musics on .mid, you can convert them if you want. The site also have it's own ressources page with other musician website from the time, a true gold mine.
By Taira Komori. This one is more about sound effects, they are good if that what you search. I think I also use some in my projects.
Okay this one is really big. Think of it like a Freesound.org for japanese musics. They are a lot of very cool stuff here. The search function is a little hard to use so I recommend to check the artists pages instead. They also post most of their musics on Youtube if it can help you.
The biggest sound effects website I know. Some of them have copyright but you can filter them easily. There are many choices, it's useful to create an account to make playlist I think.
A lot of musics that could work in a JRPG.
I love this one, the musics have an dreamlike/eerie ambiance that I like. Multiple terms of use, check them before using them.
Many musics available from what I saw. I didn't dug deep in it yet.
I love this one, I use some of them on my projects.
Many choices, I didn't check everything but it seem good. They use AI for the background though, not cool. I don't think the musics are AI, if anyone can confirm they are not...
I don't know for this one, but it was on my fav so I put it here.
This one is VERY good. I also use some of them for my projects, there a lot of different genres!
Different genres, some jingles too.
Cool piano. To be honest with you, I don't know what to say for every website at this point.
I also some from here for my projects. Lot of choices, different genres, easy to use. I think there are different artists.
I love this one, decent amount of choices and the musics sound really nice!
This one is good to find royalty free classical recordings.
Didn't dig that much but it was on my list so I share it here.
Cool
Most of it is royalty free, I discover them by playing their game on Itch.
